Obsession.

Okay, I have this sudden huge obsession with ribbon stuffs especially for hair accessories. Especially after watching 500 Days of Summer and Matilda.

Let me show you some of what I have right now.

I find my collection real pathetic.

Anyway, my aim is to get a hairband, rubber bands and more hair clips. Well, at least I can add some "sparks" to my hair. If not it's always just tied up with a normal rubber band. Boring much. Let me show you what are some of the things I wanna get! :D

Quickie update: F1!

I went for F1 this year again! Woohoo! But this time, it's only for 1 day, which is better than nothing. I went with my brother. First spot we chose was at Esplanade, the view was really good. After the first practice session, my brother and I had satay for dinner. Then we shopped around looking for merchandise. I saw Red Bull and Mercedes GP ladies top, but they were effing expensive. I only bought the programme book in the end. My brother bought Mclaren's victory shirt. Aye, we ended up eating satay again after all the practice session ended.

Updates: Hong Kong

I shall do a quickie update about my trip to Hong Kong. I won't be uploading pictures, so just go to my facebook and have a look! :D

Day 1:
Woke up super early in the morning. I had only 2 hour of sleep that day. Arrived in Hong Kong sometime in the afternoon. My dad somehow couldn't make up his mind on whether to take the MTR or taxi to our hotel. In the end, we decided to take a taxi to our hotel. The hotel was not bad.

After checking in and stuffs, we headed to the food court located downstairs our hotel. My brother and I were EPIC FAILURES in ordering our first meal in HK. HAHA. Both of us couldn't speak nor understand Cantonese. We kept pointing at the meal at the top, but the lady at the counter couldn't see. We panicked for a little while, then some guy in front helped us. Couldn't stop laughing at what failures we are.

Shopping after lunch at Canton Road. It was nearby our hotel. We shopped at H&M and I bought 3 tops! Went on to Harbour City and by then, I swore shopping in HK was like in shopping in Singapore. Dinner was superb. Continued the day at Ladies Market. It was just like Chinatown in Singapore. Didn't buy anything and I was dying to go back to the hotel because my back was aching. But desserts made feel better.

Thankfully, I was able to sleep that night.


Day 2:
We decided to go to Ocean Park today! We had breakfast at Sweet Dynasty, which was opposite our hotel. Ocean Park was pretty fun! I saw pandas, fishes, alligators, sea lions and many more. The only ride we took was Merry-Go-Round. However, the rain spoiled the day. The remaining half of the day was spent indoor doing nothing and waiting for the rain to stop, which didn't.

Took a bus back down and I felt asleep. We then headed off to Causeway Bay. I bought a camera pouch for freaking around $35. But it's chio okay! I drank Starbucks! Luckily, I was able to sleep at night. in conclusion, there was nothing much at Causeway Bay. Disappointing. Back was aching again that night :(


Day 3:
We went to Macau today! The ferry ride was really uncomfortable because of the choppy waves. Yeah, it rained again. Arrived at Macau and we decided to have a tour guide to bring us around. We went to this place to shop. I forgot what was it called. I bought 2 pairs of 3-quarter pants. Then we headed to Ruins of St. Paul, ate Portuguese egg tarts and ended our day at The Venetian. It was really built as if we were in Venice. The gondola rowers were really good singers. We played at the casino too! I was at legal age to enter the casino! Hell yeah, 18! I tried my luck at playing and I lost all my money. Sad lah. HAHA. Took the ferry back to Hong Kong again. This time, I really felt sick that I only wanted to lie down on my bed in the hotel. I felt uncomfortable to the extent that I didn't feel like bathing, which I did in the end.


Day 4:
Today's weather was lovely! We wanted to go this old school cafe and eat, but it was undergoing renovations. Ended up having McDonalds breakfast. Then we took the MTR to Lantau Island, well, not exactly there. We had to take a cable car over to Lantau Island.

It was my first time taking a cable car! Super excited! My brother was freaking scared of heights lah. It wasn't for his strong objection, we would have taken the crystal cable car which means you can see below too! Freaking cool right, but my brother lah. Tsk. The wind blowing into the cable car was freaking cold and shiok! Anyway, the attraction at Lantau Island is this really big Buddha statue which you have to climb a super long flight of stairs up. I was literally panting like MAD. Then, we went down quickly because it was going to rain. Cable car back to Citygate to shop. There was seriously NOTHING to buy there even though it was all outlet shops.

At night, we decided to visit Victoria Peak. The tram ride up was freaking AWESOME AND COOL. Read that. We were literally tilting at an angle as we headed up and back down. All the buildings looked as if it was slanting. Freaking funny. Anyway, we went up to the Peak Tower and the night view was magnificently breathtaking. The weather was super shiok. It was cold! After that, we went to Madame Tussuads' Wax Museum. The wax figurine really looked like real people! Anyway, we finally had authentic HK food for dinner. HAHA.


Day 5:
It's the day to go home today! We went back to H&M to shop. I bought a lot more tops today. HAHA. Yay! I have more clothes to wear to school now. Walked around the nearby places. We wanted to go to Avenue of Stars, but we took a wrong turn and ended up somewhere else. So we didn't go in the end. Anyway, went back to the hotel to get our luggage. I was really excited to go back to Singapore because of F1. HAHA. For a period of time at the airport, I kept singing Korean songs non-stop. HAHA. I guess I was too high.

Well, that's all folks about my trip to Hong Kong. I'm still freaking lazy to upload pictures onto my blog.

Up in the air above

Went back to school yesterday for Welfare meeting and a birthday surprise for the Welfare September babies! Well, I would say the surprise was a success. Had lunch in school. We were all pretty unsure of what to do for the day. Played Monopoly Deal and we had this round which was table vs table. We kind of cheated during the individual rounds. Because I had deal breaker, Kim Hong exchanged me with one card for Just Say No from him. Epic funny.

Welfare September babies!

We couldn't decide between Singapore Flyer or movies. But we ended up going for Singapore Flyer with Xiao Qing, Sherry, Joshua and Johnson. Seeing all the street lights got me excited and hyped up for F1 next week! This time on the flyer, it felt as if the ride was really fast compared to the previous time I took 2 years ago.



After flyer, we went to Toa Payoh to have Koi and rojak! The rojak was really good and I have to say that the uncle gave the peanuts as if it was free.

And thank you Xiao Qing, Joshua and Johnson for accompanying me to Paya Lebar! Hehe.

The Night out after exams is always FUN (:

Exams are finally over today! Woohoo! After exams, I had my Bintan briefing. Freaking bored. Thankfully, my room mate is Debbie! Went to meet Xiao Qing and Wei Liang to get stuffs from Plaza Singapura. Shopped around while waiting for Joshua, Jacob, Johnson and Junchai. Got bored, went to Macs and met Esther and her friend.

Fast forward to the reverse bungee. While waiting for the reverse bungee to be repaired, Xiao Qing and I went to have Turkish ice cream. Yeah, i got bluffed a few times, but I just laughed it off. Freaking fun experience. Anyway, finally Joshua, Jacob and Junchai went to take the reverse bungee. I have to really pei fu them. It looks freaking scary. Joshua's screaming was super distinct. LOL!

Anyway, we camwhored around Clarke Quay before heading home. It's going to another long day tomorrow!

Will we remember different summers?

I have been practically staying at home everyday these few days. Studying and watching The Vampire Diaries. Actually, I wanna go out, but I'm scared that i won't have enough time to study for POM. Freaking last paper! Yes! I didn't want it to be like the other time during MST when I totally blank out and had to end up crapping my own points and theory. Surprisingly, I got an A for that paper. Thank god. But I don't wanna take the risk again for this paper. So I better buck up.

Ok, I'm supposed to be studying, but I couldn't resist the temptation of blogging today. I have one more chapter to go, before I do my final revision for POM. It's funny how when I was in secondary school, I always thought that poly would be less slack than secondary school. But hey! Turns out that poly can be even more stressful. I never stayed up so late until 12 plus to study. Back then, I always stop studying at 11pm.

Vampire Diaries!

I bought the Vampire Diaries collection to read yesterday. Then I decided to watch the tv series and I'm hooked onto it immediately! Omg. Paul Wesley is freaking hot! I'm loving his character as Stefan Salvatore! Nina Dobrev is really pretty too.

I'm supposed to start studying today, but I can't seem to bring myself to do so for today!

OMG OMG OMG! BIG BANG! I was watching G-Dragon's concert on tv just now and Big Bang performed! They're seriously starting to grow on me!



T.O.P especially! He caught my attention when my parents were watching IRIS. Freaking effing hot. How can he be so calm when he kills someone! OMG. He has this bad boy appeal that's my weakness. In case you didn't know, i have a weakness for guys with bad boy looks. But i consider them eyecandy. LOL!

Fruitful shopping day!

Shopping today again! Hehe. Met up with Xiao Qing at Dhoby Ghaut. I went down to change my bag to a much better and easier to match bag. HAHA. Finally satisfied. Then we headed down to scape for the flea market. I didn't buy anything, but Xiao Qing bought a rather worth bag for $10! Shopped around Cineleisure and went to 313!

At 313, i bought a maxi dress! Finally found one that fits me! The length is just nice for me! Freaking happy with my dress. Hehe.

Met daddy and mummy at Raffles City for dinner. Shopped around and went to MPH. I bought the Vampire Diaries Collection. 4 volumes. Good way of killing time especially when i have not been reading for a long time!

Tomorrow is time for me to start studying POM! I think i will be pretty slack tomorrow. I feel like watching Romeo & Juliet or 500 Days of Summer tomorrow.

Girls' Night Out!

I went to meet Gui Mei, Shu Si and Wendy today! I bought the bag i wanted, but apparently the pattern of the bag doesn't seem to match with my clothes easily. Ahhhh. Crap lah. I seriously don't know whether to change my bag or not. Argh! Nvm, i shall just bring my bag down tomorrow and decide again. Anyway, we went to Daiso after that and i bought caramel corn snacks!

Sadly, Shu Si couldn't join us for dinner. So we went to meet Wendy and headed to Orchard. Dinner was at Pepes since Gui Mei was craving for Indonesian food. Wah, super duper full. Walked around before heading to Ion for ice cream!

That Wendy. She said take regular and i blur blur just ordered regular. Freaking huge portion lah. Couldn't finish my matcha ice cream :( And that Gui Mei. Blur blur go and follow people and went to curl her hair. LOL!

Camwhore at the mrt and bus interchange. And the Dim Sum Dollies song that was being played when a train was approaching. Gui Mei and i somehow couldn't stop singing to it. LOL!

The reason why i'm starting to blog again because everyday seems worth remembering nowadays. I want to upload some pictures, but uploading is taking forever. Oh well, i should be getting off my laptop and going to shower now because i'm going out with my girls today!! I shall take pictures later and hopefully upload it later! :D :D

Ok, i have finally decided to start blogging again here. Seriously haven't been blogging for a super duper long time! I'm just super bored now that i have decided to revive it.

Ok. Damn. I just deleted one whole chunk of stuffs i have written and damn, i'm lazy to retype it. Whatever.

I need to shop real bad too. My to-buy list is building up each day. Gosh, but i think i really need a new pair of shoes and i need a new pair of sunglasses. My current ones are a little too big. I wanna get wayfarers. I don't care whether it's Ray Bans or not. I only care whether it looks good on me. White wayfarers!

I'm also going to get this sling bag i saw from Plaza Singapura on friday! It's my desired size for sling bags that i have been looking for! It's pretty cheap too. $15.90 only! Hehehehehe. Oh well, i can use the bag when i'm in Bintan.

Gosh, i still can't really fall asleep. Maybe i should just force myself to shut my eyes right. I'm kind of depressed right now. Argh. Maybe i should just stop listening to depressing songs to make me feel worse.

Ever had this feeling that you wanna cry, yet you can't? I seriously hate this feeling. I want, i need to feel better. It's seriously depressing.
