2011;

Last day of 2011 tomorrow. I have decided not to have any new year resolutions. Because I know when I hit 1st Jan 2012, I would have already broken the resolution. So what's the use of setting it? 

Shall talk about my 2011. This year is definitely a year that somehow changed me a little. I was chosen to be a GL for CSCC FOC 11/12. It allowed me to put down my wall. Because I learnt that life will be a lot more easier if I actually placed it down. I learnt to accept and give. I learnt that life is never easy when you want to achieve the best. I have also learnt to lose my image. LOL. I had tons of unglam moments during this period. I think all the GLs have definitely seen that side of me. Haha. Those days were really really fun and memorable. Ah, wish I can go back to those days.

Another thing that I will remember in 2011 is that I got my first relationship. My boyfriend is Marcus Chew. I remember when we just got together, many people were kind of shocked and wonder how we got together. I remember we stunned at the question and we really think back. Marcus was there for me when I needed someone to confide in. I didn't dare to confide in my close friends because I feared that it cause some misunderstanding or whatsoever. I remembered I was so stressed to the extent of breaking down, which I did eventually. I never knew that he would come down to support me that day despite being very tired. Things picked up since then.

Wow, looking back now. Awesome memories. Seems like we've gone a long way back! Whatsapp has become our most favourite form of communication. There was joy and tears shared together. I always believed whatever we went through will allow us to become stronger for the future. We beat all odds and got together to where we are today. I am really glad that I have him by my side. I really don't know what I will do without him by my side. I love him so dearly. No words or actions can express my love for him. It has become something so priceless and love has become infinity.

Sorry for always making you spend so much on me. I will really really scrimp and try not to make you spend so much!  Sorry for always making you so pissed with my dumbness. Sometimes I really cannot help but to feel heartbroken when you're angry with me because I feel that I have not done my best. Sorry for making you pissed off too whenever I got problem hearing what you say. I really really wish I don't have such a condition too. But I really cannot help it. I know it annoys you a lot. I'm trying my best to focus and listen properly to make sure I hear the right words and what you say. I don't wanna make you pissed at me ever again.

I love the way we are right now. I can't believe I actually managed to achieve one of my wish which is to go overseas together. We went to Malacca together! Fun times together. Being with you allows me to know how to share things together. We should be like lovers yet are best friends together.

Audio event;

Went down for Audio's first event today. Went down late and the latecomers somehow formed a group together. There was a dance battle and I swear our dance was damn funny. It was some zombified dancing, inspired by the late Michael Jackson's Thriller. Dinner then it was disco night! Don't know why although I wanted to dance, but the atmosphere was different. Maybe too little people already? The crowd kept dying. Then it was the couple dance. Lol! Danced with Marcus. And we realized CSCC don't have a lot of couples now especially the year ones! And aiyo aiyo, there seems to be a brewing of new couple. LOL! Shall leave to you all to guess!

GLs;

Met up with the GLs at Gina's place! Had potluck dinner and presents exchange! We had lots of food today! And we somehow kept spilling drinks! The mop had to be on standby mode. LOL. Ming Hong bought 20 boxes of lao ban tau huay! Thank you bong bong!

For Christmas exchange, I got a watch from Wen Zhe! Thank you very much! :D Some left early to go clubbing while the rest stayed and watch a little of Running Man and played Xbox.

Although it was a short meetup, but it was definitely fun to catch up with everybody! Miss those never ending laughters together. 

Shopping buys;

Went down to Vivo City to shop with my mum and brother. We all really spent a lot. I think Vivo City is like the other Parkway Parade for us now. Lol!

Finally bought my makeup stuffs! Got pretty excited when I got it! I also got a pouch that was free! I sound so cheapo. But it's just good for me to keep my stuffs! :D

Shopping continues! Bought a pair of sandals (likeafinally!) and a pair of wedges! It was on offer. So pretty good buy! :D Really hope that they will be comfortable! Hehe. My brother bought his CNY clothes and we bought snacks from Marks and Spencer. Hehe.

Tried out my eyeliner just now. And it was a failure. I guess I need more practice!

Saturday, Christmas Eve:
We met on Saturday for lunch and to do a little shopping! We had lunch at Coco Curry House at 313! First time trying it. Not bad not bad (: Hehe. Something like Mr Curry though. I ordered this Cream sauce with Mushroom Omelette and Dear dear ordered Pork Cutlet Curry Rice! Yum yum!

Dear's ^

After lunch, I bought some food to give my mum and cousin who are busy at the flea market. Don't know why but I didn't really really see anything at the flea market except for a pair of ear studs and a pair of shoes. Bought the ear studs, not the shoes. The shoes actually looks nice! But because it's a little pointed, so I better not get it in case my toes will hurt! But it's only $15! Oh wellzxc, shall try my luck at Bugis Street!

Anyway, it was raining, drizzling and stopped for most of the day. After the flea, we seeked shelter at Cineleisure and decided to catch a movie. Dear dear bought my present for me here too! He got me a dress that I found it really pretty when I was trying it on. Then, we headed down to H&M! Bought for myself 2 basic tees. I love H&M's basic tee a lot. It's rather comfortable and it is cheap! $7.90 for one! We wanted to head down to Abercrombie and Fitch, but changed our mind after seeing the queue outside.

Walked around aimlessly towards Takashimaya. Pop into Candylicious and bought this Popping Candy. When you place it in your mouth, the sweet actually sort of pops in your mouth. 

Snacked and it was time for movie! We caught Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows! The movie was pretty good! Huge unexpected twist at the end! Go and watch if you have not caught it! (:

Sunday, Christmas:

Dear dear left first to do his stuffs. I had my Christmas lunch with my family at Maritime House! Had turkey!

Went down to dear dear's house to celebrate Christmas with his family. His parents prepared lots of food! There was a lot of times we, together with Marcus' cousins, were stoning. Headed out for a little while to have a look at the pasar malam. Came back and we played more games. Murderer and Food Challenge! I was freaking full after that.

Monday, Boxing Day:

Stayed over and woke up to have dim sum breakfast with Marcus' parents. After that, went back and we watched "The Reunion". The movie was okok only. Ending sucks though. Like huh? Dear dear fell asleep as usual while watching movie. Went to Parkway after sooooo long! We tried Mini Steamboat Delight for dinner. Satisfying and we  had a cup of Share Tea before heading home.

Lunch for the day! Pineapple fried rice and Mi Goreng with scrambled eggs and potato salad!

So might as well, I kept trying and trying until the shot is perfect. Hehe.

Wore a owl tank top that I bought from Malacca today. Really really love it. I don't know why also. Lol!! Let me show you a picture! Excuse my zi-lian-ness for now.

Christmas has been good so far! Going the way I wanted it to be! Hehe. Shall upload some photos when I am back home. Gotta admit, I actually didn't take a lot of photos. Oh wellzxc.

Although I didn't receive lots of presents, I am still happy with what I got! Marcus dear got me a dress that we saw on Saturday. Got something different that is normally not my style. Lol! But it will pretty cool to try out something new! My aunt got me a necklace and I have yet to open the other present my other aunt got for me. Haha!

Now I am going to look forward to GL Christmas celebration at Gina's house! It has been a while since we GLs hang out together and doing crazy stuffs together. Miss them and the times. Looking forward to New Year too! Countdown!

One more week of holidays then back to school.

Lazy Friday night;

Rare Friday night. I am at home! Haha!

It was raining all day long. Was actually wishing I can head down to town after settling our house stuffs at Toa Payoh HDB. But my mum said no because the rain was insane. Maybe it would be better because I won't get drenched. Got myself a 2012 planner! It's so adorable!

Spent the night away by watching tv! Music Bank, Running Man, Iron Man 2 and America's Next Top Model: All Stars. Feels great to be lazing at home with such nice weather. Hehe.

Christmas Eve tomorrow! Excited! It's gonna be a spontaneous day! Hope we can get to watch Sherlock Holmes tomorrow! :D

Lao Ban tau huay;

Went down to school today before heading off to Old Airport Road for tau huay! Yum yum! I actually had 2 bowls over there and bought back 6 bowls. Greedy much. Had stingray, chicken wings, oyster omelette and fried hokkien mee! Delicious! Hehe. 

Something to be happy about... I can have lao ban tau huay for breakfast tmr! :D 

Christmas is coming and I hope I can get to spend it the way I want it to be! (:

Christmas is coming!

I'm getting really excited for Christmas!! This is because it's the time where you will get together with your loved ones to bask in the festive celebration! Getting together, having a feast and exchanging presents. I find it really really heartwarming. Giving presents is like giving a love to that person.

Christmas is really all about sharing. To me, it's a time whereby everybody get together. I love how my dad always never fail to hold Christmas celebrations at our old house. Gosh, gonna miss that house. It's so big and it's enough to house so many people for such celebration. Having all my cousins coming over for a swim and playing games together. Then when the clock strikes 12, everybody will raise their cups and celebrate. Wishing everybody a Merry Christmas.

As I blog about this, I really really can't wait for Christmas to come. Excited!! I feel like celebrating this year's Christmas differently. Hahahaha. Like going to the beach instead of Orchard Road where a lot of people will be at.

Another thing I like about Christmas is buying presents!! I just love the feeling of giving. Seeing others smile upon receiving my present makes really happy too.

Malacca;

Day 1: 
Went on a 2 day 1 night trip to Malacca with Marcus dear and his family last weekend! Stayed over at Marcus' place because we need to leave at 6.30am on Saturday morning. Took the car up to Malacca. Had some brunch along the way. Slept a lot too. We stayed at Hotel Renaissance. The bed's so comfy!! Okay, headed out for lunch and we had chicken rice ball! Funny how there is a limit to ordering the chicken rice balls. Marcus dear and I bought a same shirt each. Haha.

Had chendol too! But it was okay okay only. After filling our stomachs, it was time for some shopping at Makota. Bought a bag for less than SGD 15! Got this really cute Winnie the Pooh keychain for myself too! Dinner was at Newton. Food was okayyyy only. Finally got to try Baskin Robbins!! :D

Day 2: 

Both Marcus and I really K.O after showering. We didn't even know what time did we sleep! LOL. Got woken up by the alert alarm and sprung up immediately. LOL. Anyway, we continued with more shopping and I bought 3 tops and a water. We inititally planned to go to JB, but we didn't in the end due to lack of time. Again, we slept a lot in between during our journey.

Bought this drink because i think it's really interesting. They called it the 60's drink. LOL.

Although it was a short trip, but I really enjoyed myself during this trip because I got to spend more time with Marcus dear! <3 Wish I can go on more of such trips together with you ;)

Voyage de la Vie;

My mum had 9 tickets to the show at Resort World Sentosa called "Voyage de la Vie". Thank you Mai Mai for giving us the tixs! I have already seen it twice before actually. But I have to admit that the first 2 times I watched it was sooo much better than the third time I watched it. But the third trip was a lil' more special because Marcus dear joined me to watch the show! Dk why, but I was disappointed that they cut out my favourite part which was the cutting up of the body. We were 3rd row from the front. Imba near to the stage. Lol. Then when it was the arrow shooting segment, my brother and I crept down super low. LOL. Scarey cats.

Anyway, after the show, we all went to walk around RWS and took lots of photos with another camera. Wonder when will we get to see those photos. The breeze was super nice when we went out! Had Ding Tai Feng for supper! :D

My dad then sent Marcus and I back to Tampines. Stay over for Malacca! (: To be continued in the next post.

SNSD: Girls' Generation Tour

Attended the concert last Saturday with Shu Si, Lia, her sis and Wendy! The concert was really good!! The minuses of the concert was that it was filled with super smelly guys and super tall guys who blocked my view to see the main stage. The girls are really pretty! And they have really small waist too!

Got super high during the concert because of the fan chants. LOL.
